Owon Active High Voltage Differential Probe, measuring two signals with 180° phase difference - Standard BNC connector, generally applied to many types of oscilloscope on the market. The differential signal, the multichannels which are not common grounded can be measured directly, without worrying about damaging to the under-test device and measuring system. The high resistance isolation between the oscilloscope and the under-test device can reduce the risk of electric shock.
